My Process as a designer

My process moves from research and ideation, including user interviews, into wireframing and iterative testing, refining the design to meet both user needs and project goals.

I explore multiple solution directions through structured brainstorming and mind mapping. I use Miro to organise ideas, map concepts, and iterate on potential approaches before defining the final direction.

From that I then sketch early ideas and create low fidelity wireframes in Figma to explore layouts, user flows, and information hierarchy.

I then move onto developing mid fidelity wireframes. I continue designing in Figma focusing on the UI, testing it with users and giving them design options.

Once I’m confident users are happy with the design, I turn it into an interactive prototype in Figma. I test again to ensure everything works smoothly and meets expectations. If needed, I create a presentation to communicate the process and result.
